The product is kept in the thermoformed transparent blister which is to be kept in the blister sealing tool cavity and the blisters is sealed to the HSL (heat sealable laminate) coated printed card with the the process of blister sealing machine which has an hot plate with air compression to seal the blister containing the product on the printed HSL coated card. You can ask your printer to provide HSL coating on the printed card for blister sealing priorly while initiating the order. The blister card should have good porosity to observe the hsl coating for or better binding of of blister with the card for better strength. The card sealed blister gives an protection to the product from dust particles, increases the shelf life and it also give an impressive and trendy look and visibility at the point of purchase for customer confidence as well.
